My journey began long before coaching. In my early thirties, I realized there had to be something more than the life I was living.
Around that time, I received my first book by Dr. Wayne Dyer, and something in me opened. That was the beginning of a much deeper journey into personal growth, spirituality, self-awareness, and the quiet knowing that life could be lived differently.
"More truth. More freedom. More meaning. More of me."
Years later, life brought me to one of my lowest moments. In 2019, after a deeply toxic and emotionally abusive relationship, I found myself on the floor of my home, emotionally shattered.
And in that moment, I heard a truth rise inside me:
"If I am the only person in the whole world who sees me, understands me, values me, and loves me, then so be it."
That was the day I chose me.
Not perfectly.
Not all at once. But truly.
And that willingness to choose me changed my life forever.
From there, I began learning how to love myself more deeply. How to stop abandoning myself. How to build a relationship with myself that was no longer dependent on outside validation, approval, or proof.
I devoted myself to this work. I studied. I invested. I practiced. I fell. I got up again.
And over time, I came to understand something that changed everything:
Self-love is the foundation of everything.
The image you hold about yourself shapes everything. The way you see yourself, think about yourself, and relate to yourself quietly creates the life you live.
And even after studying with some of the biggest names in this field, even after learning so much, I still found myself frustrated. Because I knew the concepts. I understood the teachings. I could explain the work.
And yet, I still was not fully embodying it.
That was humbling. And it was also the doorway into the deepest truth of my work: this work goes much deeper than most people realize.
